Service Inclusions
- Initial assessment of family dynamics and readiness for reunification
- Individual sessions with the child and/or parent(s)
- Gradual, supported joint sessions to rebuild contact
- Therapeutic guidance to improve communication and attachment
- Ongoing progress reviews and adaptation of the intervention plan
- Written feedback or progress reports (where required)
Service Exclusions
- Non-consensual reunification processes
- Immediate or forced reunification without therapeutic readiness
- Emergency/unplanned reunification sessions
